    If I could give less than 1 star I absolutely would. Quick back story, I rented a boom lift from another company only to find out as we were hooking it up to my vehice a stabilizing arm wouldn't go all the way up. It was about 5 till 5pm. I start making phone calls and find Dependo is open until 530, PERFECT. So I talk to a gentleman that tells me to be there by 5:10pm to handle everything. I say okay and hang up. Gps says 20min which puts me at 5:20pm so I called back. Talked to a different fella this time and asks me a bit of info including if I'm local. I live in Murfreesboro which is 2 hours North. Talks to the owner and says he wants a TEN THOUSAND DOLLAR DEPOSIT. Are you kidding me?? I could understand an increased deposit with some extra precautionary measures but a $10,000 deposit?? Absolutely not! In my 12 years of business I've rented hundreds if not close to a thousand pieces of equipment and have never heard of this. When I finally found a piece of equipment to rent I mentioned what happened and they said "Let me guess, Dependo Rent-All?". With my fellow business owners, family and friends I have in Chattanooga and surrounding areas you better believe they won't be needing your services in the future.
